How payment works

When you complete a direct booking, we securely store your card on file but do not charge it. The full stay amount is charged automatically on the day of your check-in. If you cancel before check-in, only the refundable portion listed above will ever be charged.

How to cancel

To cancel a reservation, email us at vacationrentals_bnb@yahoo.com or call (980) 229-7735. Please include your booking reference. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No-shows and early departures

Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice are treated as no-shows and the full booking amount is retained. Early departures are non-refundable.
